I am a Lithuanian, born in 1989. I am a woman, wife, sister, daughter, friend and soon-to-be mom. Since completing my education at the Norwegian Gestalt Institute in 2026, I am also a psychotherapist.
It's the first professional label that feels like home. Being my joyful, thriving self who takes up space freely, rather than apologizes for existing, is something I had to learn to cultivate. It's been a lifelong process. There has been self-destruction, long-lasting emotional lows, therapy, healing through relationships, spiritual practices. I've become quite intimately familiar with my demons. Today I have emotional capacity, skills and a strong pull to hold space for others while they befriend theirs. That's what I'm here to do.
As part of my previous career path, I've been a Japanese teacher, a corporate worker and a UX designer. Today, along with the therapy practice, I run a solo web creation studio.
I am based in Oslo where we've made a home together with my husband. However, we're often on the move between here, Vilnius and Barcelona where our roots are.
Writing, traveling, yoga and time in nature are my forms of soul searching.
I know how it is to walk through life on tiptoes, fearing I'll be too much if I breath in fully.
I still have to remind myself sometimes that I'm in this body to experience life, rather than look a certain way.
Here they are, terrified, warning me about the mortal danger of doing things imperfectly.
Those not always comfortable mirrors that prompt us to face ourselves.
A scared part of me makes my heart pound and thoughts race like highway. What does she need?
A powerful force that keeps my needs met, boundaries clear, body alive, life more full.
I live abroad. My marriage is international. Always looking for my ways to feel rooted.
It took us around five years to conceive our first baby, and it happened through IVF.
If you know, you know ;)
